Recent highlights include the epic UFC 306 night at the Las Vegas Sphere, Pedigree's AI-supercharged Adoptable campaign, a series of video and live activations for Gorillaz, and ‘The House’, the Netflix special.The Role:We are now looking for a Head of Product to guide the development and delivery of a first-of-its-kind immersive media and/or live sports platform. This role will drive the roadmap, lead a lean cross-functional team, and work closely with our internal and partner stakeholders to create high-impact live sports experiences at scale.You’ll play a critical role in translating vision into actionable priorities - bringing structure, clarity, and velocity to a fast-moving product as it evolves from MVP through launch and live operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to manage day-to-day delivery while keeping a long-term view on growth, iteration, and fan value.RequirementsWhat You’ll Do:
  • Own and deliver the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and production leads internally and with partners.
  • Align internal stakeholders and external partners around vision, priorities, and sprint planning.
  • Translate platform and fan insights into actionable features that can scale across live sports and formats.
  • Guide MVP definition, modular team structure, and phased rollout aligned with launch milestones.
  • Drive clarity in fast-changing or ambiguous environments, making smart tradeoffs in real time.
  • Collaborate with developers on technical architecture, SDK integration, and product performance.
  • Lead planning for live service operations, content updates, and in-market user feedback loops.
  • Work with analytics, QA, and UX to track product health and optimize against measurable KPIs.
  • Ensure the product experience is intuitive, emotionally resonant, and tailored for target sports fans.
What You Will Bring:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally with immersive media, streaming, gaming, live events, sports leagues or broadcasters, and / or media platform-based products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams from concept through live delivery.
  • Strong understanding of platform SDK development, technical collaboration, and feature scoping.
  • Experience with real-time engines, XR, or other spatial computing platforms.
  • Familiarity with the sports landscape and how fan behavior informs product design and engagement.
  • Confident communicator who can translate across creative, technical, and business priorities.
  • Track record of making progress quickly without all the answers and evolving with platform constraints.
  • Bonus: experience collaborating with large-scale streaming platform partners or co-developing with external teams at streaming platforms.
