• Worksite Location: St. Louis Park, MN
• Compensation: $23- $26.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Data Entry Coordinator:

• Perform lead loading and data entry into financial/accounting systems
• Manage and follow up on collections activities with clients and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment statuses
• Support the broader accounting team with ad hoc tasks
• Ensure timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll bring to the Data Entry Coordinator role:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
