What you’ll do as the Customer Service Representative:
- Send test reports and invoices to customers on time
- Laminate and mail test tags
- Answer incoming calls and emails, following up as needed
- Answer questions received from customers through the live chat help center online
- Receive and process requests for sample kits
- Other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Database, QuickBooks and ISO quality system experience helpful
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent, respectful communication required
- Positive, team player attitude
