The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both English and Greenlandic, with experience in localization and non-literal translation approaches.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Translation of travel-related content including:
- Labels
- Module titles
- Template contents
- Destination descriptions and articles
- Ensuring content reads naturally in Greenlandic while maintaining the original message and tone.
- Collaborating with our project team for consistent voice and accuracy.
- Native proficiency in Greenlandic with excellent command of English
- Proven experience in fluid, culturally-adapted translations
- Familiarity with keyword research (SEO optimization) is a plus
- Ability to create original, engaging ad copy (preferred, but not required)
- Willingness to complete a short translation sample (approx. 160 words)
- Ability to sign and comply with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
