This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the execution of digital media campaigns across a variety of paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic vendors to support talent attraction initiatives. - Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals. - Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target. - Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed. - Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders. - Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA. - Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction.-Assist in day-to-day marketing and advertising efforts, strategies, and reporting-Ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment-Home Office Requirements:This position is fully remote and will require a home office.-Reliable high-speed internet service-Minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity-Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds-The 6 month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances: employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.Minimum Requirements1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships-Strong multi-tasking skills -Strong communication skills -Marketing background skills preferred -Digital Advertising experience preferred -Social media and/or creating and managing a digital advertising campaign preferred -2 years of Digital Advertising experience preferredEEO StatementMaximus is an equal opportunity employer.
