Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead specific capability and development initiatives with engagement and sponsorship from leadership; Includes global mentoring, BG specific leadership programs, and skill development initiatives.
• Identify new capability and development programs or initiatives needed. Develop curricula tied to the development objectives and drive the planning, communication, and execution of these programs.
• Maintain capability and development content by working with subject matter experts and other functional areas across 3M.
• Assess impact and success of programs; measure and regularly report results for on-going process improvement.
• Facilitate program and initiative delivery methods to coordinate appropriate technologies as well as promote and encourage reach to broader, global audiences.
• Lead the business group US Internship program, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and respective hiring managers.
• Additional implementation of Enterprise-wide programs into the business group as appropriate.

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Seven (7) years of Human Resources or Training and Development experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN at least 3 days per week)
