Job title: Sales Trainer in Pontiac, MI at United Wholesale Mortgage Company: United Wholesale Mortgage Job description: :Sales is one of the fastest growing teams within UWM and one of the greatest sources of internal talent. We need a rock star Trainer to get our team members up and running and functioning at the highest level! The Initial Trainer for Sales will be responsible for creation and delivery of Initial training for each Account Executive role. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conducting small group workshops for Account Executives such as basic mortgage knowledge, role plays, call coaching, and individualized tutoring
• Facilitating Initial, Ongoing, Continuous Improvement (CI), and Power Block trainings in the classroom as well as final exams, and role plays
• Collaborating with the existing Initial, Ongoing, and CI Trainers and the rest of the Sales Training team
• Creating, updating, revising, and printing the Initial, Ongoing, CI, and Power Block Training material
• Scheduling guest presenters and training room reservations
• Ordering materials for Initial Training WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Positive attitude

• Strong work ethic

• Good communication and team building skills
• Minimum 1 year of training experience
• Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
