Role Overview: As a Twitter Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for crafting thought-provoking tweets in an established format and engaging with the news and media community. This is an excellent opportunity for students passionate about journalism, politics, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Curate and share insightful tweets and threads about current events, media bias, and Nuprizm’s offerings.
- Engage with followers, thought leaders, and news organizations to foster meaningful conversations.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and breaking news to ensure timely and relevant content.
- Analyze Twitter analytics to measure engagement and adjust strategies.
Requirements
- Strong interest in news, politics, or media.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with an understanding of Twitter’s character limits.
- Familiarity with Twitter trends, hashtags, and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging, concise, and impactful content.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines.
Note: this is an unpaid internship with an expectation of ~10 hours per week.
