Job OverviewJoin our pioneering eICU team as a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telehealth. In this essential role, you will deliver exceptional virtual care to critically ill patients across a network of hospitals, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous remote monitoring and support for critically ill patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Respond proactively to changes in patient conditions and assist in managing acute illnesses.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights to best practices in eICU care.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for bedside nurses in the management of critically ill patients.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills tailored to high-pressure environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification is required within the first 6 months of employment.
