Build an X (formerly Twitter) AI Agent Using Eliza Framework and Claude AI LLM

I am seeking a skilled developer to create an AI agent capable of independently interacting on X (formerly Twitter). The agent should leverage the Eliza framework as its base and Claude AI as the LLM for natural language understanding and generation.

- The agent must be able to:

1) Analyze information: Process tweets, threads, and replies for context and sentiment.

2) Reply to users’ posts: Generate meaningful and contextually appropriate responses to tweets and conversations.

3) Understand and engage with posts: Interpret posts and participate in conversations effectively, maintaining a natural flow of dialogue.

4) Autonomously operate on X: Post, reply, and engage without manual intervention, following predefined rules or behavioral patterns.

- Developer Responsibilities:

1) Set up the AI agent and configure all necessary environment variables for smooth operation.

2) Integrate the Eliza framework and Claude AI to enable the bot to understand and generate human-like interactions.

3) Connect the agent to X's API for real-time engagement and functionality.

4) Ensure the bot adheres to X's policies and guidelines.

5) Provide a clear and comprehensive handoff: Documentation, codebase, and instructions for future maintenance and updates.

- Required Skills:
