- Support the completion of complex defined processes related to supplier records, item setups, and purchasing transactions.
- Consult with customers on how to address specific needs related to established processes.
- Manages execution of complex purchasing transitions within ERPs.
- Ability to execute analysis on supplier, purchasing and invoicing data to identify and correct data issues.
- Has strong cross workstream knowledge to understand end-to-end process flows in Source2Pay space, with subject matter expertise in at least one focus area.
- Can execute data transactions and maintenance in all areas supported with in ERPs.
- Can execute supplier and purchasing transitions relating to mergers, acquisitions, and divestures.
- Effectively communicate to all levels of business and knowledge levels related to S2P activities
- Surfaces pain points, roadblocks and proposes improvement ideas to leaders to help drive process improvements
- Process-minded with experience creating and documenting new processes
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Education (minimum education level, degree or certification necessary):
- High School Diploma or above
- Skills (minimum skills required):
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
