About the position

The Global Services Fleet Analyst is a remote position focused on managing and optimizing the fleet of vehicles for GE Vernova. This role involves ensuring compliance with company vehicle policies, supporting drivers, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet vehicle needs. The analyst will also engage in cost-saving initiatives and manage vehicle assignments and maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of the fleet operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring drivers' familiarity and understanding of company vehicle policy.

  • Issuing fuel PINs as requested.
  • ,
  • Working with regional leadership to understand vehicle needs and requirements.
  • ,
  • Placing vehicle orders with guidance from regional leadership.
  • ,
  • Sending monthly newsletters to drivers with updates and reminders.
  • ,
  • Resolving issues and supporting employees with vehicle-related matters.
  • ,
  • Reviewing and analyzing inventory to optimize vehicle utilization.
  • ,
  • Reviewing and following up on fraudulent fuel charges and accident claims.
  • ,
  • Actively participating in cost savings initiatives.
  • ,
  • Coordinating transportation of vehicles when needed.
  • ,
  • Reviewing and deciding on maintenance repairs for Canada.
  • ,
  • Managing the workflow process and ensuring proper vehicle assignment.
  • ,
  • Reviewing vehicles for replacement and processing replacement requests.
  • ,
  • Managing the DOT program in the US and coordinating with EHS.
  • ,
  • Assisting with telehandler/crane requests and toll program implementation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of company vehicle policies and regulations.
  • ,
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • ,
  • Experience with fleet management systems and tools.
  • ,
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance.

  • Background in the renewable energy industry (preferred).
