We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Director to lead client partnerships, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure we’re exceeding expectations with every engagement. You’ll play a critical role in the success of our key accounts while helping us expand our reach with new clients and industries.   • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, managing communications, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with both existing and new clients across strategic verticals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with business goals, driving both retention and growth
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate on tailored proposals and value-driven presentations.
  • Drive new business development through your own network and proactive outreach, contributing to a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, delivery, and product—to ensure alignment on goals and client needs.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and contribute to strategic pricing and proposals.
  • Mentor and guide account managers, fostering professional development and team performance.
What We’re Looking For:Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in account management—preferably in a market research setting.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or business development, specifically in the Market Research/Insights sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience with contract negotiation and strategic account planning.
  • Experience working with a CRM to manage sales and marketing activities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, client-first mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Highly organized with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across all levels of client organizations.
  • Eager to lead and develop others with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
