Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Work remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional travel to the Corporate Office • Comprehensive benefits from Day One, including mental health resources and support • Chance to contribute to the implementation of Evidence-Based Medicine, enhancing patient outcomes • Supportive and collaborative work environment that values individual contributions What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Collaborate with clinical leaders to formulate care quality goals and identify desired outcomes • Document current processes and existing order pathways, leveraging evidence-based literature • Develop and maintain clinical content within the electronic medical record (EMR) • Coordinate preparation of materials and documentation for multidisciplinary clinical councils • Provide ongoing support and education for clinicians regarding Evidence-Based Medicine and EMR workflows What Is Required (Qualifications) • Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing experience in hospitals or post-acute services • At least 2 years of experience providing support in an electronic medical record system • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems (Cerner or Epic) How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience in facilitating healthcare improvement committees • Subject matter expertise in designing and implementing features in electronic medical records • Project Management experience or certifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Certification) • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement new models of care • Strong understanding of nursing practice and clinical workflow #HealthcareServices #EvidenceBasedMedicine #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #PatientCare "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
