Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Executive Assistant / Project Manager to become an integral part of our innovative team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being a vital contributor to a supportive and progressive company culture that prioritizes collaboration and autonomy. Key Responsibilities • Manage diverse clients in a fast-paced and demanding setting. • Execute a variety of executive assistant duties, including oversight of marketing systems, website enhancements, and social media management. • Ensure a smooth customer journey and foster a positive client experience. • Deliver timely updates and detailed reports to clients, including daily and weekly summaries. • Accurately track and document time spent on tasks. • Engage in regular strategy and team meetings, leading client discussions as necessary. Required Skills • A proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve results and a passion for overcoming challenges. • Competency in working independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team. • Extensive customer service experience coupled with excellent interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Google Suite, Wix, Asana, WordPress, and various CRM/project management platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of designing efficient systems and workflows. • High attention to detail, with exceptional grammatical skills. • Ability to manage numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • A Bachelor’s Degree is required. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant capacity. • At least 5 years’ experience in executive assistant and project management roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software is essential. • Superior communication skills. • A dedicated home office equipped with a computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
