What You’ll Do: As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and... needs via live chat. Your role involves engaging with both existing and potential new customers, providing support, resolving issues, and assisting with sales inquiries through our website and social media platforms. Contract Duration: Indefinite Rate: $35 per hour Key Responsibilities: Provide exemplary customer service through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and facilitating sales. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent our brand standards in every customer interaction. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience. Requirements: Must have a reliable device with internet access to use social media and chat functionalities (e.g., Phone, Tablet, Laptop). Capable of working independently and following detailed instructions and procedures. Available to work over 10 hours per week with a stable internet connection. Skills/Background: No previous customer service experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential. Should be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
