Responsibilities
- Transcribe dictated information to produce medical and clinical documents.

- Document SOAP notes and enter diagnoses, ICD 10 codes, and other relevant information.

- Pend prescriptions, lab orders, referrals, and imaging studies for provider approval.

- Input billing, E&M codes, and CPT codes for various medical conditions.
,
- Assist providers with non-medical inquiries and tasks as needed.
,
- Prompt providers with appropriate questions regarding patient care and orders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
,
- Must be 18 years or older
,
- Knowledge of medical terminology
,
- 1+ years experience as a medical transcriptionist
,
- Ability to work normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday.
