Pre-Work Assessment and Orientation: Before you start, you’ll complete a Pre-Work Assessment and Orientation to ensure you’re fully prepared for the role. This process, spanning between 7 to 30 days, includes: • Certification Training: Engage in self-paced and instructor-led training sessions to learn about client-specific systems, brand standards, and communication protocols. Training requires no more than 4 hours per day, making it manageable alongside other gigs or commitments. • Approval Waiting Period: Adfy AI covers the cost of your background check and, if required, a drug screening. This waiting period is included in the overall assessment timeline. • Skill Demonstration: Showcase your customer service skills and adaptability. This phase helps us ensure you’re a great fit for our client programs. • No Out-of-Pocket Costs: All associated costs, including background checks and class deposits, are covered by Adfy AI. Transition to Live Work: Once training is complete, you’ll transition to live work where you’ll begin assisting customers directly. Transition to Live Calls: Once you’ve completed the assessment and orientation, you’ll start taking live calls and generating revenue. This marks the beginning of your flexible gig with Adfy AI, where you’ll provide exceptional service to our clients while managing your own schedule. Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. • Must pass a background check (covered by Adfy AI). Equipment Requirements: • Contractors must have their own equipment, including a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection meeting Adfy AI’s specifications. Compensation: • As an independent contractor, your earnings are based on the revenue generated from live calls. Compensation structures vary by client program, offering you the flexibility to earn based on your availability and performance.
