We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Insurance Agent with no prior experience required to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our company's book of business by connecting with new and existing clients through virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom. This is a 100% commission-based sales position for the first year, with agents... transitioning to earning residual income starting from year 2. Responsibilities • Engage with clients through virtual meetings to present and sell various insurance policies • Tailor insurance plans based on the unique needs of clients • Specialize in areas such as mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection, and more • Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Expand business reach through effective networking techniques • Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations • Continuously track and identify areas for improvement • Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends Qualifications • While previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related HR fields is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite • Ability to establish rapport with clients and build lasting relationships • Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of insurance products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment About Us Joining our team means becoming part of a reputable organization with a focus on providing supplemental coverage to labor unions, credit unions, and associations.
