Samuels and Son Seafood, the nation’s leading purveyor of fresh and frozen seafood has a unique and exciting opportunity for a customer service representative. This position is designed to process customer orders, take orders over the phone, entering specifications into an automated ordering system, verifying accuracy of orders and pricing and providing administrative support to the night management team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused culture, an opportunity for continuous advancement within the organization and a competitive compensation and benefits package. Hours of work can be between 6 am -5 pm with limited overtime. Summary of essential job functions: Functions include, but not limited to the following: • Efficient communication with our customers and team members. • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. • Ability to enter data and process data precisely. • Strong commitment needed to become an expert in the company’s products and industry. • Effectively and efficiently work with other members of customer service. Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or GED Must have attention to detail Ability to Multi-task Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Must have excellent communication skills Must be able to work an overnight shift (e.g. 8pm-4:30 am) Must be detail oriented, and able to process orders with speed and accuracy Apply Job!
