Job Overview We are on the lookout for a dedicated Bilingual Slovakian-English Customer Support Agent, referred to as a Happiness Officer, to join our team. In this role, you will provide exemplary service through our email and live-chat channels, ensuring customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live-chat interactions. • Regularly translate our product content into Slovakian, utilizing user-friendly tools provided. • Oversee and moderate translations completed by colleagues to ensure quality and consistency. • Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Required Skills • Fluency in both Slovakian and English. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to remain composed under pressure. • Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and solving their problems. • Familiarity with translation tools is advantageous. Qualifications • Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred. • Strong language proficiency in Slovakian and English. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
