Role Overview: In your capacity as a Customer Success Representative, you’ll wear multiple hats to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes facilitating order processing, managing returns, and handling customer quality and service claims. Responsibilities span tasks such as data entry for sales orders, overseeing quality and service claims, creating shipping labels, and managing sales and marketing sample orders. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while upholding professionalism and efficiency are essential. Details: What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, your mission will be to engage with customers through live chat messages on our business’s website and social media accounts. This primarily involves addressing inquiries from existing customers, covering topics like returns and re-ordering. Rest assured, full training is provided, so prior experience is not necessary. Contract Length: This role offers the flexibility of a contract with no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: To excel in this role, you’ll need a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Independence, a keen ability to follow provided steps and instructions, and a commitment of at least 5 hours per week are essential. Of course, a reliable internet connection is a must. Weekly Hours: You can tailor your weekly commitment to your needs, with opportunities ranging from 5 to 40 hours a week.
