Key Responsibilities • Manage a substantial volume of inbound calls efficiently, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor throughout. • Assess members’ needs and suggest appropriate services, effectively promoting and selling relevant products. • Achieve and surpass service, sales, and productivity benchmarks in a dynamic, results-driven environment. • Employ excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear communication to foster positive interactions with members. • Operate independently while partnering with your team to attain collective objectives. • Guarantee precise data entry and provide prompt follow-up on inquiries and requests. • Maintain a well-organized work approach, effectively managing time to meet deadlines. Required Skills And Competencies • At least one year of customer service experience with demonstrated sales acumen and service skills. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Capacity to manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism. • Strong verbal communication abilities and a clear speaking style. • Effective listening skills, with the capability to communicate complex information simply and clearly. • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Windows-based software and systems. • Accurate typing skills (35 w.p.m. desired). • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Ability to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining focus and productivity.
