Position Highlights: Work Type: Remote, flexible hours (part-time or full-time options available) Compensation: $75$150 per 1-hour session $300$750 for multi-session studies Key Benefits: No prior customer service or focus group experience required Participate online or in-person Enjoy free samples of products and services in exchange for honest feedback Flexible hours; work as much or as little as you like Responsibilities: Participate in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions. Provide feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions. Use provided products and/or services (if applicable) and share your experience during meetings. Show up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time. Job Requirements: Must have access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam. Reliable high-speed internet connection is required. Must be willing to engage fully in one or several focus group topics. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions.
