Learn about the products we offer in order to provide accurate information and recommendations. ? Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement. ? Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. ? Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements ? No previous experience in customer service required; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English. ? Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. ? Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ? A passion for customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. ?
