What You Will Be Doing: You will be the reassuring voice on the other side of the chat widget, assisting site visitors with everything from discount codes to refund policies. Equipped with a comprehensive guide to frequently asked questions and backed by a supervisor for tougher inquiries, you are well-prepared to handle any situation. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop). Ability to work independently. Strong ability to follow detailed instructions. Availability for 20+ hours per week. Reliable internet connection. Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours. Location: Remote, open to candidates worldwide, with a preference for those in the United States.
