About the position The part-time remote Customer Service Representative at Dex Imaging is responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services. This role involves answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer service while working from home. The position offers flexible hours, up to 30 hours per week, with a starting pay of $20 per hour. Responsibilities • Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails. , • Build and maintain excellent customer service and identify when technical support is needed. , • Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times. , • Work with the Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently. , • Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management. , • Remain current on process updates and technology used within the company. , • Perform duties in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. , • Perform other duties as directed by management. Requirements • High School Diploma , • Reliable internet connection , • Experience in a call center environment is a plus. , • Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems. , • Ability to empathize with customers is critical. , • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. , • Possess organizational and time management skills. , • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills. , • Demonstrate professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion. , • Ability to navigate through multiple systems.
