An exciting opportunity awaits for a talented Youtube Travel Video Editor! This role is located at our Remote facility. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. This position comes with an attractive salary of a competitive salary.

 

 

Overview: We are seeking a highly talented and passionate travel video editor to transform pre-recorded travel vlog and cinematic footage into stunning, compelling, and humorous YouTube travel videos weekly... Each video will average 12 minutes in length, typically ranging from 7 to 20 minutes. For examples of the expected video quality and length, please visit: @HobartsAbroad YouTube Channel Weekly Tasks: • Review and select the best footage provided weekly. • Sequence footage in Adobe Premiere to craft a captivating, intriguing, and visually stunning narrative. • Incorporate sharp and creative transitions throughout the video. • Select and add sound effects and background music. • Perform color grading on footage. • Integrate various pop-ups throughout the video (Google Earth, Google Maps, location names, pricing info text, etc.). • Export and upload the final video to our YouTube channel (access provided). Rate: $500 per video, with one video required per week. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience editing travel or cinematic YouTube footage. • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. • Understanding of YouTube marketing fundamentals, including viewer retention and engagement strategies. Provided: • All travel vlog and cinematic travel footage will be supplied on a weekly basis. • Access to a YouTube account. • Access to transition and color grading presets and an Epidemic Sounds account. • Clear general directions and information for each video. • Flexible hours—you manage your schedule without needing to clock in or out. • Competitive compensation—we’re looking for the best of the best.
