Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS · Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the following: o Maintaining Early Watch Alerts in Solution Manager for SAP systems including Business Objects; involves being familiar with Solution Manager Security setup o Maintain SLD Syncs and SLD Data Suppliers o SAP Maintenance Planner to support SAP Upgrades and Support Packs o Performing SAP Basis tasks in various ABAP and JAVA systems o Transport Management o RedHat Linux administration for SAP systems o SAP HANA database experience · Proven SAP basis background, with at least three (3) years of experience [five (5) years preferred] in basis support functionality within the SAP HCM , Financials, Logistics, BW, and Solution Manager. · Three (3) years of experience [five (5) years preferred] in troubleshooting and researching SAP basis solutions for both new development and reported issues. · Proven SAP basis background, with at least three (3) years of experience [five (5) years preferred] in basis support functionality within the SAP BASIS, SAP HANA Database, and LINUX. · Three (3) years of experience {five (5) years preferred] in troubleshooting and researching SAP basis solutions. · Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience preferred. · Prior experience working at an ERP Office is preferable. · Public sector experience · Ability to work with limited direction · Strong teamwork and customer support focus; interpersonal skills · Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner · Good written and verbal communication skills · Bringing best practice approaches for the customer to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support requirements and procedures, etc. · Experience with writing related customer documentation to be used for future reference · Ability to cross train and transfer knowledge to OWNER support teams · Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with all team members · Speak and write in English well · Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities. · Good facilitation skills SCOPE OF WORK · HCM – OM, PA, BN, PY, EH&S, TM, SuccessFactors Learning, ESS, MSS including Portal, Gateway and Fiori Applications. · Financials and Logistics - FI, CO, AP, AR, AA, FM, PS, MM, IM, WO, GM, OpenText – Invoice Management and Workflow. · SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud. · SAP Solution Manager – Test Plan/Pkg., CBTA, BPCA, CCM, and SP updates. · The company is seeking to augment the current security team with SAP consulting services for maintenance support, project research, development, enhancement, configuration, design, build, testing, and deployment within the HCM, Financials/Logistics, and Solution Manager modules. · Example of duties include: o Maintain Early Watch Alerts in Solution Manager for SAP systems including Business Objects. This involves being familiar with Solution Manager Security setup o Maintain SLD Syncs and SLD Data Suppliers. o Assist with SAP Maintenance Planner to support SAP Upgrades and Support Packs. o Perform SAP Basis tasks in Solution Manager System. o Support Basis tasks in other systems o Assist with any BASIS Administration support tasks, upgrades, day-to-day activities. o Assist with any Transport Management tasks. o Assist with Linux administration for SAP systems. o Assist with SAP Security Notes. o Knowledge of SAP HANA Database. o Knowledge of SAP Web Dispatcher o Knowledge of SAP Portal Administration o Performing SAP Basis tasks in various ABAP and JAVA systems o Other related activities as required.
