In this fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to provide top-quality medical care to patients via telemedicine while enjoying a flexible schedule tailored to your needs. Responsibilities Conduct medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients using telehealth platforms. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, review medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in our electronic medical record system. Requirements Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York. Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Primary Care. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Strong clinical acumen and the capacity to work autonomously.
