This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States We currently need 10 experienced Medical Live Scribes/Medical Transcriptionists to join our team! ????????????: $1,042 per month ??????????: Graveyard US TIME (M-F 8am-5pm or 12pm-8pm) Job Description: A remote medical live scribe is responsible for transcribing medical information during live doctor's appointment or recorded audios sent by US-based healthcare providers. Tasks to expect: Audit preparation Clinical/Provider support Coding support Live scribing during live patient/ provider consultation Patient health education Sending prescription refills, labs, and imaging Template management Transcription Medical Knowledge and Experience: - Understanding of US healthcare terminology: At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Live Scribe joining and transcribing real time and live patient/provider consultations for a US-based provider/facility or through BPO companies is required with knowledge of US healthcare procedures, terminologies, and diagnoses - Familiarity with healthcare practices and abbreviation: Understanding of US healthcare workflows, medical terminologies, abbreviations, procedures, diagnoses, and provider and patient communication - HIPAA compliance: Adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect patient privacy Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders - Excellent listening skills: Ability to accurately capture and transcribe real time live medical information - Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships - Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and avoid errors - Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues during live transcription - Time management skills: Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Technical Skills: -Proficiency in Medical Software: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), live transcription tools and other relevant US Medical software or applications -Strong computer skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, email, calls and video conferencing tools. - Internet access: Two (2) main and back-up reliable and high-speed internet connection is required - Excellent typing skills: Accurate and fast typing for scribing medical information - Noise-canceling headphones: To minimize background noise and ensure clear audio - Readily available working equipment: you must provide your own work from home tools which should meet the minimum Technical Requirements Other Important Requirements: - Willingness to go through virtual interviews, assessments, and actively participate in a Virtual Free 5-day Client Preparatory Training - Full-time availability during Graveyard Shift (40 hours a week) ???????????????? ???? ?????????????? ???? ???? ???????????????? ?????????? - Permanent Work-From-Home - HMO with dependent - PAID US Holiday Leaves - Annual Sick/Vacation Leaves - Free HIPAA Certification & Quarterly Refresher Courses - With Performance, Referral & Attendance Incentives - Expert Industry Support - With IT/Tech Assistance - Virtual and In-Person Engagement Events - Work-Life Balance Culture ?????????? ?????? ???????? ?????????? ?????? ???????????? ???????? ?????????????????????? ??????????!
