Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Disney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, we are seeking a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role... Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support online customer accounts, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for users. 2. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth and retention. 3. Provide personalized support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or account problems in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Analyze account data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Previous experience in online account management or customer support roles. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5.
