Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced and extremely detail-oriented and organized operations manager to oversee daily activities. You will be the first operations manager at Everlong and will report directly to the CEO and COO. This is a unique role in that you will lead the development of our operations, build out the team, and set the standard for processes, efficiency, and productivity for the future of our company. From the beginning, you will manage a team of 10, including a Customer Success Manager with whom you will work closely, and the size of your team will increase 3-5x. Must have related experience in digital health, tech, healthcare, or a related field that is fast-moving and/or progressive. What We┬ĺre Looking For You must have an incredibly sharp business acumen and proven success in managing several areas of business, including operations, leadership, team development, customer experience, finance and budgeting, reports and KPIs, and most importantly, improving processes and systems. Equally significant, you must have an unmatched drive and passion to be the best, have high emotional intelligence, and handle growth at a fast pace. This position is for a full-time, 100%-remote Operations Manager. You must reside in California. Benefits: ┬Ľ 2 weeks PTO ┬Ľ 1 week paid sick time ┬Ľ 2 floating holidays ┬Ľ 8 closed holidays ┬Ľ Medical, dental, vision insurance ┬Ľ Referral Incentive Program ┬Ľ Team events Responsibilities ┬Ľ Manage all licensing and credentialing requirements for the entire team ┬Ľ Develop the team, including screening candidates, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding ┬Ľ Execute 1:1s, team meetings, performance reviews, and disciplinary and corrective actions, as needed ┬Ľ Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to resolve customer issues and enhance the entire customer experience ┬Ľ Collaborate with leadership to define and execute operational plans that support the company's long-term vision ┬Ľ Foster a culture of continuous improvement, unparalleled quality, and accountability ┬Ľ Identify areas for process improvement, and implement streamlined workflows to enhance productivity ┬Ľ Develop and execute strategies to enhance product and service quality ┬Ľ Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's operations ┬Ľ Utilize data-driven insights and reports to assess operational performance and make informed decisions ┬Ľ Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting key operational metrics and KPIs Skills/Requirements ┬Ľ Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field ┬Ľ 4+ years of proven experience in operations management in digital health, tech, healthcare, or a related field that is fast-moving and/or progressive ┬Ľ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams of at least 5 personnel ┬Ľ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail ┬Ľ Unwavering confidence with a mindset that you are the most bad-ass operations manager out there ┬Ľ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal ┬Ľ Highly organized with a Type-A personality ┬Ľ Tech-savvy and extremely creative To be considered for this position, please be sure to submit a resume and answer the questions listed in the job posting.
