HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours SHIFT TIME ZONE: Central Europe Time SHIFT HOURS: between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday Number of VAs: 2 (1 Spanish / 1 German) PREFERENCES: GENDER PREFERENCE: NONE LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English, Spanish, German, Italian, French ACCENT PREFERENCE: NEUTRAL TO NONE REGION PREFERENCES: NONE Job Summary: As an Amazon Listing Virtual Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, optimization, and quality of product listings on the Amazon platform. Your responsibilities include meticulously reviewing AI-generated listings, optimizing content for improved search visibility and conversion rates, performing data entry tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards according to Amazon guidelines. Responsibilitites: • Listing Review: Carefully review and assess product listings created by AI to ensure they accurately represent the product, make logical sense, and are applicable to the item in question. • Optimization: Apply your expertise in Amazon listing optimization to enhance product descriptions, titles, bullet points, and keywords, with a focus on improving search visibility and conversion rates. • Data Entry: Accurately input any necessary changes or updates to the product listings into the Amazon seller platform. • Quality Control: Maintain a high level of quality control to ensure that all listings meet Amazon's guidelines and standards. • Efficiency: Aim to process and update a significant number of listings daily to meet the goal of reviewing, accepting, or rejecting 240 listings per day.Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals. Qualifications: • Prior experience in Amazon listing optimization is required. • Familiarity with Amazon's seller platform and guidelines. • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for product details and descriptions. • Ability to work independently and efficiently, especially in handling a high volume of listings. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and software • Spanish, German, Italian and French-speaking VAs are needed.
