FULLY REMOTE ADMIN POSITIONS AVAIILABLE TO START ASAP! MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT! Description... • These individuals will be taking in information from MCMC's clients, and entering it into their systems. Most of the information are independent Medical Reviews. When new cases come in (the information) they log the information and process it through to the next stage. The form comes in, they pull the data, and then enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel. • They want them to hopefully understand HIPAA Regulations. They don't need to be an expert, they just want them to understand they are handling sensitive information and preventing who has access to that information. • Soft skills are that they want them to be reliable, accurate, and thorough. Standards • Microsoft Word and Excel Testing: 80% above on both • Internet Download Speed: 50 MBPs • Equipment: Desktop PC or Laptop. CHROMEBOOK NOT SUPPORTED. Windows 10 or higher Operating System, Antivirus Software, 4GB RAM. Must be willing to install VMWare Horizon Client on computer. Two monitors preferred. • Tenure: 1.5 year avg of job tenure for past 5+ years pending work period. Must be administrative focused. • Remote Work: Worked Remotely for at least 1 year, unless coming off a remote contract with Allegis that we specifically used them for a contract and we had good feedback from client. • Work Space: Quiet, noise-free, home office space. • Time Off: No time off in the next 3 months.
