Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities - Perform cleaning duties in various areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are clean and well-maintained. - Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to uphold high cleanliness standards. - Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and hygienic. - Launder linens and towels as needed, maintaining proper inventory levels for guest use. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. - Assist with custodial duties in public areas to maintain an inviting atmosphere for all visitors. - Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleaning schedules. Experience - Previous experience in hotel cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. - Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when working independently.
