Key Responsibilities • Support Project Managers in developing project estimates, budgets, and timelines. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Attend project meetings and deliver progress updates. • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs. • Track project progression, identifying potential risks and challenges. • Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring profitability. • Conduct site visits and inspections to uphold quality standards. • Oversee project closeout processes, including punch lists, warranties, and final payments. Required Skills • Strong project management capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software. • Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in public construction projects.
