Job Summary: Pets Best is seeking a Data Entry Manager who will virtually lead a team on non-exempts for the Data Entry Team, providing leadership, coaching, and development. You will own full supervisory and administrative responsibility for the Data Entry team and share with other leaders the responsibility overall for a positive, friendly culture in the department that is customer-centric, productive, and contributes to the growth of the business. Your goal will be motivating and inspiring your team. As their leader, you are their mentor, helping them navigate our culture and helping them realize their aspirations in a virtual environment. This position is remote, where you will work from home. Occasionally, we request that you commute to our nearest office for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training, and cultural events. Job Location: Remote Main Responsibilities: • Directly responsible for monitoring daily inventories and ensuring headcounts are deployed appropriately • Responsible for reviewing analytics and KPIs with your team members weekly. Deliver coaching when necessary • Evaluate and organize office operations, procedures and processes to ensure efficiency of workflow • Directly responsible for leading your team to success-driving performance management, ensuring your team is equipped to provide a positive customer/client experience. • Ensure appropriate risk for the business. Your team is familiar with and understands the importance of following operating instructions, including compliance requirements • Inspiring and connecting with each team member, thereby cultivating an environment of trust, teamwork, and personal ownership. Partnering with each team member to understand and help support their personal development • Project management, planning, and executing key business initiatives. • Be a business partner to understand and relate to the business objectives and provide a strategic vision and a high-quality solution Qualifications: • 2+ years’ experience in a health care or veterinary clinic or call center leadership • Veterinary technician licensure strongly preferred • Education in medical terminology • Proven ability to make decisions based on quantitative / data analysis • Solution-oriented mindset • Experience executing performance management measures as necessary in a timely and productive manner • Experience leading a team of 15+ team members • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to lead and manage projects to completion, especially managing multiple projects simultaneously • Proven track record of using sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving • Ability to work with all levels across the business, including senior leaders internally and with customers and clients • Business acumen Apply Job!
