Job Title: Tax Filing Associate || Tax Associate || Tax Preparer || Tax Assistant || Seasonal Tax Associate (100% Remote Role... Location: 100% Remote Pay Range: Non-credentialed: $25 - $30/hour Credentialed: $30 - $40/hour Requirements:  Tax experience for 3+ tax seasons and prepare a minimum of 30 tax returns per season (90+ returns over 3 reasons minimum requirement)  Minimum 3 seasons of paid Tax Preparation Experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per season. (90 Returns total)  Active PTIN  The ideal candidate will have a background in business, finance, accounting, or tax Knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts and familiarity with form 1040 and schedules Responsibilities:  Work directly with our customers to answer simple tax questions to help them prepare their returns.  This role includes several administrative tasks to support your work, like data entry and compiling and tagging documents for tax return prep  You'll have access to our virtual tools and resources, as well as opportunities to collaborate with experts and provide updates on assigned customers.
