We are a boutique marketing agency specializing in video marketing to acquire new customers for us and our clients. We’re looking for a German-native Traffic Manager who works hourly through Upwork’s time-tracking system and enjoys deeply understanding strategies, improving results, and collaborating closely with our team. What You’ll Do: ? Manage and optimize YouTube and Facebook ad campaigns daily, ensuring top performance. ? Collaborate with us to fully understand our messaging, content, and strategies. ? Execute our predefined strategies with precision and provide insights for ongoing improvements. ? Regularly update ads, test new creatives, and refine targeting to achieve better results. ? Work closely with us during daily Zoom calls (approx. 1 hour) to review, set up, and improve campaigns. ? Continuously analyze data to uncover insights and ensure better outcomes for us and our clients. ? Deliver reports and feedback to track progress and support decision-making. What We’re Looking For: ? Native German speaker with strong communication and analytical skills. ? Proven experience managing YouTube and Facebook ad campaigns. ? A passion for data and learning, with a focus on continuous improvement. ? Availability to work hourly on Upwork with time tracking—no subscriptions or retainers. ?
