Are you passionate about helping students succeed? Do you have experience in tutoring or teaching? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Online Tutors to join our team. As an online tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages, from elementary to college-level, helping them understand and excel in various subjects. This is a remote, part-time position, and we are seeking candidates with evening availability (approximately 4 PM - 10 PM EST). Whether you're looking to supplement your income or enjoy the flexibility of working from home, this role is perfect for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of students. Responsibilities: • Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions online in subjects such as Math, Science, English, History, or other areas of expertise. • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback. • Develop personalized lesson plans and materials based on the individual needs of each student. • Provide support with homework, test preparation, and study skills. • Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and areas for improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one (preferred but not required). • Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus. • Proficiency in subjects you wish to tutor (Math, Science, English, etc.). • Comfortable using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly. • Patience and passion for helping students succeed. • Must be available to work during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM EST).
