You’ll be working with a passionate entrepreneur who teaches clients directly while building a brand that reaches the perfect demographic through strategic social media presence. Transform raw fitness content into compelling social media assets that drive customer acquisition and build brand loyalty. You’ll work with daily video clips and images from an active Pilates studio, crafting them into engaging Instagram content that converts viewers into paying customers. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic impact, allowing you to shape the social media presence of a trending fitness business while working with flexible hours and minimal supervision. You’ll be instrumental in developing a cohesive brand message and expanding the business’s reach across multiple social platforms.

• Create engaging Instagram content including reels, carousels, and posts from provided raw video clips and images
• Schedule and publish content strategically across social media platforms to maximize engagement
• Optimize all content for social media algorithms to increase reach and discoverability
• Edit and enhance images using Canva to meet professional campaign standards
• Research and implement trending hashtags and keywords relevant to the fitness industry
• Optimize social media profiles and bio sections for better conversion rates
• Prepare high-quality visual content for future paid advertising campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand messaging that reflects the studio’s premium positioning
• Develop content strategy for TikTok expansion as the platform’s demographic continues to mature
• Collaborate with the business owner to understand brand vision and content requirements

• Proven proficiency in Canva for graphic design and image editing
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm, best practices, and current trends
• Experience creating engaging social media content, particularly in fitness or wellness sectors
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools and content optimization techniques
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective asynchronous collaboration
• Understanding of hashtag research and social media analytics
• Experience with TikTok content creation preferred but not required
• Creative eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
