We’re a passionate group of engineers driving innovation in test automation for AI/ML-powered medical technologies. Our team thrives on solving complex challenges and building scalable, intelligent solutions that ensure the highest quality in our products. Where you come in:

  • You develop automated solutions for mobile app testing on real devices and emulated environments, leveraging AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • You build APIs and endpoints to automate updates to web portals, send notifications, and generate documentation.
  • You promote the use of automation platforms, with a focus on native, low-code, and no-code development approaches.
  • You create integrations between tools like Jira, Testrail, Slack, GitHub, and Datadog to streamline workflows and automate data transfers.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams—including development, QA, PM, PO, and regulatory—to define project scope and deliverables.
  • You contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities and tracking ROI metrics.
  • You support team development by mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

What makes you successful:

  • You are proficient in object-oriented programming languages, preferably Python.
  • You have experience building test automation solutions for AI/ML-based medical products.
  • You bring knowledge of mobile application development using Kotlin and/or Swift.
  • Your background includes developing or enhancing frameworks for testing mobile and web applications.
  • You have hands-on experience with Appium and native mobile testing frameworks like Espresso and XCUI Test.
  • You are skilled in developing tools and infrastructure for backend API testing, including REST APIs and cloud services.
  • You are experienced in integrating tools such as Jira, Testrail, GitHub, web portals, databases, and AWS/GCP services.
  • You manage automated test suites for CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar tools.
  • You are familiar with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and use them to build dashboards, microservices, and testing tools.

Experience and Education:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
