At Xentral ERP, we're striving to become Europe's next software champion. As an AI & Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d), you'll be a core pillar of our Marketing team. You'll drive technical excellence and the innovative use of AI and automation to reach our goal. With your expertise in marketing technology, data analysis, and process automation, you'll ensure the optimal execution and scalability of our marketing strategies.

Your Tasks

  • Marketing automation: You optimize and automate marketing processes through hands-on implementation of AI-powered applications for content, personalization, and analysis. You drive strategic initiatives in AI adoption
  • Process Automation & CRM: You design and implement automations to optimize marketing and sales workflows. You support the conception and optimization of CRM and email marketing initiatives, including lead nurturing and personalisation
  • Marketing Tech Stack Management: You manage and develop our marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Livestorm, etc., ensuring seamless integration and utlisation
  • Data & Tracking: You will be responsible for data quality in HubSpot. You support with coordinating our tracking setup and data agencies (Server-Side, GA4, HubSpot). You analyze marketing performance data and create insightful reports for data-driven decision
  • Operational Support: You act as the technical go-to person for the Marketing team, ensuring our marketing tech stack is utilized effectively to achieve our goals

Your Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, revenue/marketing operations, with a strong focus on marketing automation within a SaaS environment
  • You have expertise in Hubspot and proven experience in implementing and managing marketing automations
  • You have experience with automation tools/workflow builders such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
  • You haveproven experience in applying AI in marketing, both strategically and operationally
  • You are curious about new technologies and eager to actively advance the use of AI
  • You have analytical thinking skills for data-driven decision-making
  • You are a team player with experience collaborating with various stakeholders and departments (especially RevOps and Sales)
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
