MAIN DUTIES:

*Follow guidelines to check the quality of filters and options in desktop and mobile views.*Check if filters and options help customers make decisions or suggest good alternative products.*Ensure filters and options match what customers are looking for based on their queries.*Determine if the filters and options are relevant and reflect the customer’s preferences.*Review your assessments for accuracy and consistency

Project Details

Start Date: Immediately after completing the qualification process.Duration: OngoingSchedule: 5 -15 hours weekly; set your own schedule. Requirements

  • Fully Proficient in Italian
  • Proficient in English
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably, prior experience or familiarity with Relevance tasks and expertise in e-commerce searches/websites.
  • Excellent online research skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct thorough research within specified time constraints and effectively managing short throughputs.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
  • Completion of a language assessment, learning module, and a mandatory quality test is required prior to starting work.
