Regional Sales Manager

Remote · USA Full-time New today

At SiteMinder we believe the individual contributions of our employees are what drive our success. That’s why we hire and encourage diverse teams that include and respect a variety of voices, identities, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their unique selves to work and be proud of doing so. It’s in our differences that we will keep revolutionising the way for our customers. We are better together!

What We Do…

We’re people who love technology but know that hoteliers just want things to be simple. So since 2006 we’ve been constantly innovating our world-leading hotel commerce platform to help accommodation owners find and book more guests online - quickly and simply.

We’ve helped everyone from boutique hotels to big chains, enabling travellers to book igloos, cabins, castles, holiday parks, campsites, pubs, resorts, Airbnbs, and everything in between.

And today, we’re the world’s leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 47,000 hotels in 150 countries - with over 125 million reservations processed by SiteMinder’s technology every year.

You're more than a manager. You're a coach, a strategist, and a team-builder. You don't just watch from the sidelines; you lead from the front, inspiring your team to smash targets and celebrate every win.

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to build and lead our all-star sales team here in London. Your mission: to hire, mentor, and unleash the potential of our sales reps, driving SiteMinder's growth and dominating the hotel tech scene in one of the world's most exciting markets.

What Your Mission Looks Like:

  • Build Your A-Team: Lead, motivate, and set a clear vision for your sales squad. You'll be the champion of their success.

  • Be the Strategic Mastermind: Own the team's pipeline, forecast with confidence, and guide the winning strategy.

  • Coach to Win: Dive into performance data, turn insights into action, and coach each team member to become a top performer.

  • Create the Buzz: Plan and execute high-impact events – from major trade shows to exclusive partner meet-ups – making SiteMinder the talk of the town.

  • Tell the Story: Track your team's success with key metrics and communicate your incredible results.

What Makes You the Perfect Leader:

  • You’re a Proven Sales Coach: You have a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. Inspiring and educating is in your DNA.

  • You Lead From Anywhere: You excel at managing and motivating remote teams across different countries.

  • You Speak Our Language (and Data!): You know your way around a CRM (Salesforce is our jam) and love turning data into powerful insights.

  • You Get Tech: You have a genuine passion for technology and its power to solve real-world problems.

Our Perks & Benefits…

  • Equity packages for you to be a part of the SiteMinder journey

  • Hybrid working model (4 days per week at our London Hammersmith office)

  • Mental health and well-being initiatives

  • Generous parental (including secondary) leave policy

  • Paid birthday, study and volunteering leave every year

  • Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations

  • Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involved

  • Investment in your personal growth offering training for your advancement

Does this job sound like you? If yes, we'd love for you to be part of our team! Please send a copy of your resume and our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch.
