We’re hunting for an Intermediate Engineer located in Australia. As part of a cross-functional product-engineering squad, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions, from concept through deployment. You’ll work closely with senior developers, product managers, and designers to ensure our products exceed business goals.

What You'll be Doing:

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Translate specs into code, build clean, well-tested features across the stack (front-end frameworks like React/Angular and back-end frameworks like Django), and ensure seamless integration.

• Codebase Maintenance: Refactor legacy code, squash technical debt, and optimize performance. Participate in a shared on-call rotation to support critical services and ensure platform reliability during and outside business hours

• Peer Code Reviews: Provide feedback, enforce team-wide best practices, and champion maintainability and scalability.

• Agile Collaboration: Dive into daily standups, sprint planning, and retros with product, design, and other engineering teammates to keep the release train on schedule.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Multi-Language Expertise: Own feature development end-to-end using two or more modern programming languages; experience with Python is a nice-to-have.

• Database Expertise: Strong understanding of relational databases (schema design, indexing, and query performance).

• Front-End Expertise: Experience working with React or Angular to deliver polished user interfaces.

• Agile DNA: Hands-on experience delivering SaaS in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

• Collaborative Communication: Stellar written/verbal skills to work effectively with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Cloud Proficiency (AWS): Proven ability to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications in AWS.
