We are a rapidly growing company, currently recruiting for a Lead AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI and Data Engineering team. and we are very excited to talk to individuals that are seeking a challenging and forward-thinking place to work!

Responsibilities

• You will work with data scientists to translate prototypes into scalable, production-grade systems.
• You will have the freedom to build, optimize, and deploy ML models for real-time or batch inference.
• You will develop APIs and services to expose model outputs to products or internal tools.
• You will monitor model performance, data drift, and false positives/negatives.
• You will collaborate with MLOps and data engineering to maintain training pipelines.
• You will contribute to the design of explainable, auditable, and ethical AI systems.
• You will lead the development and deployment of production-grade ML systems.
• You will optimize inference performance, scalability, and monitoring pipelines.
• You will mentor less-experienced engineers on model serving, deployment, and testing.

Qualifications

• You should have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or software development with ML focus.
• You should have deep understanding of model optimization, latency trade-offs, and DevOps for ML.
• You should have proven ability to integrate ML services into product stacks securely and reliably.
• You should have strong coding skills in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• You should have experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI/Flask.
• You should have familiarity with experiment tracking tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
• You should have solid understanding of model validation, A/B testing, and monitoring in production.

Nice-to-have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Domain knowledge in cybersecurity or behaviour analytics.
• Experience with unsupervised ML, anomaly detection, or graph-based learning.
• Awareness of AI governance and model explainability (e.g., SHAP, LIME).
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and DevOps principles in ML contexts.
