We are looking for a Sr QA Analyst Manual Stores you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ecommerce platforms. You are driven by excellence, self-motivated and passionate about quality. You manage to work closely with a cross functional team but also enjoy being able to work independently as needed for specific tasks.

Requirements

Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Conduct verification and validation of new features, functionalities, and enhancements for our different digital products, back-end and internal applications.

  • Work closely with QA Lead in the creation of test scenarios, development and execution of test cases, analysis of test results, detection and documentation of defects, and validation of bug fixes.

  • Perform various testing types and techniques such as exploratory, functional,, usability, end-to-end, user acceptance and regression

  • Develop and document test cases based on business requirements, functional and technical requirements, user stories and business use cases

  • Use test management applications/tools

  • Identify, document and track defects

  • Provide test status updates and defect report for stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, proactively communicating any concern or issue

  • Provide QA support for scheduled deployments/releases

Experience/ Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance expert: knows how to define every part of the process and what is best for each project.

  • Able to be responsible for all tasks assigned and follow up.

  • Fluent in Agile Methodologies: how it works and how to work with it.

  • Fluent in Behavior Driven Development methodology.

  • Expert bug reporter and follow up

  • Experience in writing and communicating clear, concise and comprehensive test cases.

  • Excellent communication skills (English).

Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
