- Designing, developing, and operating scalable backend services using Python 3 and FastAPI
- Contributing to architecture decisions and shape the long-term technical vision of the AI Agents platform
- Collaborating closely with Product Management and Frontend engineers to deliver impactful features
- Mentoring and supporting other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing
- Ensuring code quality through test automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Deploying and scaling services using Kubernetes and Docker

- Minimum 10 years of overall software development experience, with at least 7 years focused on backend development in Python
- Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture
- Experience integrating AI/LLM technologies into production systems
- Solid DevOps experience, especially with Kubernetes and Docker
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- General experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in/Open to working with other programming languages (e.g. Go), especially in contexts like maintaining existing services or optimizing performance-critical components
- An agile mindset to deliver great products with an iterative approach
- Fluency in German and English
